One of the expressions that C uses that I absolutely love is the term “bests” to describe her favorite things. So, in that spirit, here are some links to some of my bests.

When it comes to eating out, restaurants must meet a few criteria for me to shell out my hard-earned $$$:

With those in mind, here are some of my favorite restaurants in the Raleigh, NC area.
Best Thai food, hands down: Sawasdee Thai Restaurant
Best Pizza: Lilly’s Pizza - wheat crust, sweet sauce, endless options
Best Salads: Sweet Tomatoes - okay, so this is a chain, but still a good one
Best Indian: Tower Restaurant – all vegetarian, close to my work South Indian cuisine (read: less creamy, more spicy)
